Ed Boyle (IP number 9077) and James Bennett (IP number 2035) were appointed as Joint Special Administrators of Viola Money (Europe) Ltd ("the Company") on 21 December 2021. James Bennett resigned as Joint Special Administrator with effect from 14 August 2023. Robert Spence (IP number 29490) was appointed as Joint Special Administrator by Order of Court with effect from 14 August 2023.

The Joint Special Administrators "JSAs" have set a bar date of 6 September 2024 which is the date by which customers are required to submit a Relevant Funds Claim in the special administration, in order to be included in the adjudication process for a first distribution of Relevant Funds held in the special administration. Please note that Relevant Funds are funds which the Company was required to safeguard pursuant to the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 ("Relevant Funds").
