On 30 July 2024 the Company’s Members passed the following Written Resolutions as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Price and Lane Bednash both of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."

At a physical meeting of creditors held on the same day, the appointment of Adam Price and Lane Bednash was not confirmed, and the creditors appointed Joseph Walter Colley (IP No. 21712) and John Anthony Dickinson (IP No. 9342) both of CBW Recovery LLP, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
