Transfer of Interest in a Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that

a) Anne Ray Foundation has assigned its entire interest in the Partnership to new limited partners in the Partnership as follows:

i. Argentum Invest XXIII LLP represented by a capital contribution of £9.46;

ii. Argentum Invest XXIV LLP represented by a capital contribution of £37.83;

iii. Varner Private Equity LLP represented by a capital contribution of £12.71.

b) Margaret A. Cargill Foundation has assigned its entire interest in the Partnership to new limited partners in the Partnership as follows:

i. Argentum Invest XXIII LLP represented by a capital contribution of £6.31;

ii. Argentum Invest XXIV LLP represented by a capital contribution of £25.22;

iii. Varner Private Equity LLP represented by a capital contribution of £8.47.
