Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act of 1907, that on 25 July 2024 CAWTHORN SSAS transferred to CAROLINE MARIE HUXFORD AND JANE MARGARET WILLIAMS the interest held by it in the MW Private Investors (Welbeck Land) Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP017747) and that with effect from that date CAROLINE MARIE HUXFORD AND JANE MARGARET WILLIAMS became a limited partner in the Partnership.
