THE A19 TRUNK ROAD (HOLLINS FARM)

(PROHIBITION OF USE OF GAPS IN THE CENTRAL RESERVATION) ORDER 202X

National Highways Limited hereby gives notice that it intends to make an Order under sections 1(1), 2(1), and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A19 Trunk Road at Hollins Farm, in the County of North Yorkshire.

The effect of the Order would be to permanently close the gap in the central reservation of the A19 approximately 120 metres south of Low Bank Junction.

A copy of the proposed Order, a plan illustrating the proposal and a statement explaining National Highways Limited reasons for proposing to make this Order, may be obtained by emailing orders-leeds@nationalhighways.co.uk

Any person wishing to object or make representations to the proposed Order should email a statement of their objection to Michael.morgan@nationalhighways.co.uk. The objection should quote the above title and must be received not later than 22nd August 2024. Information provided in response to this consultation, including personal information, may be subject to publication or disclosure in accordance with the access to information regimes (these are primarily the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004).
