At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Swallow Hole Farm, Croxton Road, Saltby, LE14 4RL on 23 July 2024 at 11:45am the following Resolutions were passed by the Members numbers 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and number 2 as an Ordinary resolution:

Resolutions:

i. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

ii. "That Lloyd Edward Hinton, of Insolve Plus Ltd be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

iii. ''That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the company's assets in specie.
