1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to install single yellow lines operating at Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) times, these would replace the existing permit parking bays, in the following lengths of road;

a) Outside No. 161 Worple Road, Isleworth (CPZ R);

b) Outside No. 100 Worton Road, Isleworth (CPZ R); c) Outside No. 54 Taunton Avenue, Hounslow (CPZ HTCN);

d) Outside No. 37 St. Pauls Close, Hounslow (CPZ HW);

e) Outside No. 2 Stamford Brook Avenue, Chiswick (CPZ EC).

3. Documents giving further information of the proposed Order can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P009/24, to be received no later than Friday 16th August 2024.
