Notice is hereby given that on 18th July 2024 a petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court on behalf of Jamie Currie craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 11th July 2024 to (a) be director of Homerewire Electrical Services Ltd trading with the name “Homerewire” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Homerewire Electrical Services Ltd using the name “Homerewire”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Homerewire Electrical Services Ltd under the name “Homerewire”; in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 23rd July 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
