Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, effective as of 4 July 2024, KM Trust, acting by its trustee Diala Abouchalache (the “Transferor”) transferred (i) one-third of its interest in TriSpan RS RT LP, a limited partnership established under the laws of England and Wales with registration number LP019363 (the “Partnership”) to Karim Fady Abouchalache, (ii) one-third of its interest in the Partnership to Jad Fady Abouchalache, and (iii) one-third of its interest in the Partnership to Ramzi Fady Abouchalache (each, a “Transferee”). As a consequence of such transfer, each of the Transferees was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
