1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) Amend the operational times of the existing resident permit holders bays and shared use paid for/permit holders bays so that they are operational on Mondays to Fridays (inclusive of) between 9.00am to 11.00am and 5.00pm to 7.00pm only in the lengths of roads stated in the Schedule to this notice;

(b) Amend the operational times of the existing no waiting between 9.00am to 11.00am and 5.00pm to 7.00pm restrictions so that they are operational on Mondays to Fridays (inclusive of) between 9.00am to 11.00am and 5.00pm to 7.00pm only in the lengths of roads stated in the Schedule to this notice.

3. Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P015/24, to be received no later than Friday 9th August 2024.

1. Algar Road, Isleworth, both sides, for its entire length (including the off-street parking area adjacent to No. 6 Algar Road);

2. Byfield Road, Isleworth, both sides, for its entire length;

3. Magdala Road, Isleworth, both sides, for its entire length;

4. Tolson Road, Isleworth, both sides, for its entire length;

5. Worple Road, Isleworth, both sides, from a point in line the common property boundary of Nos. 28 and 29 Worple Road to its junction with South Street.
