"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 6212) and Andrew Richard Bailey (IP No. 18810) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or seperately.
