NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before 16 August 2024 to submit their statement of claim to Jamie Miller of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 5th Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL and Paul Dounis of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, 2 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL the Joint Liquidators of the Company.
The relevant date for claims is 9 July 2024 being the date of liquidation and the date of appointment of the Joint Liquidators.
A creditor who has not submitted their claim before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend before his claim was submitted.
This notice is purely formal and all known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
