WHEREAS CROSSROADS CARE ATTENDANT SCHEME, KINCARDINE AND DEESIDE, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC172990 was dissolved on 28 May 2010; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Crossroads Care Attendant Scheme, Kincardine And Deeside was heritably vest in 42, 44 and 46 Barclay Street, Stonehaven, being the subjects registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number KNC2856; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Crossroads Care Attendant Scheme, Kincardine And Deeside came to my notice on 20 November 2023: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
