The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No. 14) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of highway which lies off Earlstone Close comprising carparking area at Cadbury Heath in the County of South Gloucestershire. This is to enable development as permitted by South Gloucestershire Council, under reference P22/03726/O.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5699). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Cadbury Heath Library, School Road, Barrs Court, Bristol, BS30 8EN.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 05 July 2024.
