Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that ESP 2008 CONDUIT LP (the "Transferor") has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to PATRIA LIGHT (GUERNSEY) LIMITED (the "Transferee"). As a result, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and the Transferee has become a limited partner in the Partnership.
