NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 63 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended:

The general effect of the Orders:

i) To introduce new Cycle parking (storage) facilities at the locations listed below. These are revised locations following a review of the statutory consultations undertaken earlier this calendar year for schemes titled Bikehangar Batch 2 and Batch 3:-

1) Downhills Avenue N17 – WEST SIDE: Opposite No.56/58. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

2) Belton Road N17 – NORTH SIDE: Adjacent to the existing bikehangar Opposite No.14/12. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

3) Pemberton Road N4 – SOUTH SIDE: Opposite No.3. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

4) Alexandra Park Road N22 – NORTH SIDE: Outside No.325. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

5) Creighton Road N17 – SOUTH SIDE: Outside No.91. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

6) Muswell Road N10 – SOUTHEAST SIDE: Outside No.34.

7) Thackeray Avenue N17 – NORTH SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.21 Havelock Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking, the adjacent Double Yellow Lines will be extended east by approximately 5 metres.

8) Flexmere Road N17 – SOUTH SIDE (on the footway): Opposite No.84/82. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

9) Granville Road N22 – SOUTH SIDE: Opposite No.19/21. Replaces Shared Use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders Only parking.

10) Cunningham Road N15 – WEST SIDE: At the end of the Double Yellow Lines adjacent to the flank wall of No.29 Tynemouth Road. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

11) Gathorne Road N22 – SOUTH SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.7 St Albans Crescent. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

12) Tregaron Avenue N8 – SOUTH SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.1 Briston Grove. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

13) Cecile Park N8 – SOUTH SIDE: At the end of the Single Yellow Line adjacent to the flank wall of No.39 Womersley Road. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

14) Felix Avenue N8 – WEST SIDE: At the end of the Single Yellow Line adjacent to the flank wall of No.14 Weston Park. Replaces Shared Use Pay by Phone/Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

15) Hornsey Lane Gardens N6 – SOUTH SIDE: At the western end of the Single Yellow Line across the access road between No.38 and No.42. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

16) Hillside Gardens N6 – WEST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.14 to 21 Hillside Mansions, next to the existing car club bays. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

17) Milton Park N6 – SOUTH SIDE: Opposite No.52. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

18) Burghley Road N8 – EAST SIDE: Opposite No.57/59. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

19) Gladesmore Road N15 – NORTH SIDE: Adjacent to the rear of the flank wall of No.90 Fairview Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

20) Stirling Road N17 – NORTH SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.27 Burlington Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

21) Junction Road N17 – EAST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.57 Scales Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking

. ii) To make the following changes to ensure accuracy our map-based records, which will result in no physical changes on site:

1) To formalise the existing Bikehangar and revoke the corresponding section of Permit Holders Only parking, on Belton Road N17 adjacent to the flank wall of No.1 St Margaret’s Road.

2) To extend the Double Yellow Lines on the west side of Cunningham Road N15 at the junction with Tynemouth Road southwards by approximately the 2.5 metres.

The Cycle parking (storage) facility would be 2 metres wide and 2.5 metres in length.

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send grounds for their objection via the online portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey or alternatively email traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk or write to Traffic Management Group, Alexandra House, 4th floor, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR quoting reference 2023-T18, by 24th July 2024.
