“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Williams (IP No. 20170) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, The Landmark, Tudor Square, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6BT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
