(Ordinary Resolution) The following resolutions were passed on 25.04.2024 as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions respectively: "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ms Rina Rohilla (IP No. 8232) of The Richmond Partnership, 82-86 Sheen Road Richmond Surrey TW9 1UF be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
