“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Stafford (IP No 27270) and Nick Cusack (IP No 17490) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham GL51 0UX be appointed joint Liquidators of the Company and that they are authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
