Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to APAX EUROPE VII - A, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011814 (the “Partnership”), that:

i. DORE Capital L.P. transferred 95.2058% of its interest in the Partnership, including 95.2058% of its capital contribution to VF IX B Advisors LLC acting as general partner for PEV Holdings 1058 LP; and

ii. DORE Capital L.P. transferred 4.7942% of its interest in the Partnership, including 4.7942% of its capital contribution to VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as general partner for PEV SB Employee Aggregator LP.

As a result of such transfers, the following limited partners were admitted to the Partnership:

1. VF IX B Advisors LLC acting as general partner for PEV Holdings 1058 LP

2. VF IX ESC Advisors LLC acting as general partner for PEV SB Employee Aggregator LP

As a result of such transfers, the following ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership:

1. DORE Capital L.P.
