NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company will be held at Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB on 14 June 2024 at 1.00pm for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Special Resolution:-

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that the Liquidator may, if appropriate, make an in specie distribution of the company assets"

and subject to passing the above Resolution to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Ordinary Resolution:-

"That Brian Milne and Scott Milne, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George St, Glasgow, G2 2LB be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up".

A member entitled to vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, on a poll, to vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
