Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators in this matter intend declaring a final dividend to non preferential creditors.

Such creditors are required on or before 17 July 2024 being the last date for proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Stephen Roland Browne at The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus, Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, and to provide such further details or produce such relevant documentation or other evidence, including but not limited to a copy of the relevant loan agreement and a breakdown of the amount of claim, as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared.

Should you wish to submit a claim a Proof of Debt form (which can be requested from the contact details provided below) and documentation in support of your claim must be sent to the Joint Liquidators.

The dividend will be declared within the period of two months from the last date for proving and will be made without regard to the claim of any creditor in respect of a debt not proved.

The Joint Liquidators intend that, after paying and providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Joint Liquidators shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.
