“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Tate (IP No. 022910) of Azets, Secure House, Lulworth Close, Chandlers Ford, Southampton, SO53 3TL and Andrew Stephen McGill (IP No. 9350) of Azets, 6th Floor, Bank House, Cherry Street, Birmingham, B2 5AL be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
