Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30-11-2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19-04-2024, I, Janice Crombie-Scott, Mayfield Villages, 146 Heron Place, Colnebank Drive, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 0LR Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Janice Rose Crombie and assumed the name of Janice Rose Crombie-Scott.
