Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31-10-2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19-04-2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Blue Lily Melvin, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Matilda Lily Melvin and assumed the name of Blue Lily Melvin.
