British Overseas Bank Nominees Limited of 250 Bishopsgate, London, England, EC2M 4AA (“Substituted Petitioner”) was substituted as petitioning creditor in place of the Original Petitioner and the Petition subsequently adjourned and heard at the High Court of Justice, the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, England, EC4A 1NL on 17 May 2024. The Petition was dismissed on 17 May 2024.
