ST. PHILIP LAND LIMITED

(In the Matter of the Companies Act 1931)

1. An Order has been made by the High Court in the Isle of Man in relation to the liquidation of St. Philip Land Limited (‘the Company’) on 30 May 2024 (‘the Order’). The Order was made on the application of the Joint Liquidators of the Company, Jeremy Willmont and Clive Dixon (‘the Joint Liquidators’).

2. Any person wishing to make a claim in the liquidation of the Company (other than those who have already claimed in the liquidation of the Company) must, by no later than 4pm (BST) on 25 July 2024 provide the Joint Liquidators by their Legal Practitioners, Appleby (Isle of Man) LLC at 33-37 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1LB a Form 59 Proof of Debt (as required by Rule 70 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1934.

3. If any such person to whom paragraph 2 applies does not file a Proof of Debt as set out above, the Order specified that the person be forever excluded from participation in the assets of the Company, and from any distributions which the Joint Liquidators might make, and shall have no claim against the Company or the Joint Liquidators in respect of any assets of the Company or the value of those assets.
