"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Douglas John Pinteau (IP No. 19590) and Shaun Walker (IP No. 30330) both of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
