The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No. 14) Order 2024 " authorising the stopping up of a south western part width of Wolfs Wood at Oxted, in the District of Tandridge. This is to enable development as permitted by Tandridge District Council, under reference TA/2022/1504.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5592). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Tandridge District Council, The Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 0BT.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 23 May 2024.
