Statement by General Partner
EUROPEAN PROPERTY INVESTORS SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES, LP
TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST
Notice is hereby given that on 17 May 2024, AIPP Folksam Europe FCP-FIS acting by its manager AIPP Pooling I S.A. (the "Transferor") transferred the whole of its limited partnership interests in the Partnership (including its capital contributions of €1,000) to AIPP Folksam Europe FCP-FIS acting by its manager abrdn Investments Luxembourg S.A (the “Transferee”). Consequently, with effect from the Effective Date, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
