CURZON CAPITAL PARTNERS III LP

Notice is hereby given that AIPP Folksam Europe FCP-FIS acting by its manager AIPP Pooling I S.A. (the “Transferor”) has agreed to transfer the whole of its limited partnership interests in Curzon Capital Partners III LP (the “Partnership”) with effect from 17 May 2024 (including their capital contributions of €1,000) to a new limited partner of the Partnership, AIPP Folksam Europe FCP-FIS acting by its manager abrdn Investments Luxembourg S.A act (the “Transferee”). Consequently, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
