Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Brian D’Arcy Clark has transferred the whole of his interest in the Partnership to Savills Investment Management LLP, with effect from 17 May 2024 (Transfer). As a result of the Transfer, with effect from 17 May 2024 Brian D’Arcy Clark ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
