We, Andrew Mackenzie (IP No. 009581) and Julian Pitts (IP No. 007851) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Unit 8B, Marina Court, Castle Street, Hull, HU1 1TJ were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 9 July 2018.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 13 June 2024. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 13 June 2024 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
