Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 April 2024, Alexandria Venture Investments LLC. (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to 10K Lakes Fund III LP (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Abingworth Bioventures VII LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017463 and that with effect from and including 1 April 2024, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
