Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 April 2024, Nortrust Nominees Limited as nominee for Schroder Private Equity Fund of Funds IV plc (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to Strategic Partners IX Investments – B LP (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Abingworth Bioventures V LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011781 and that with effect from and including 1 April 2024, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
