1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be:
a. Convert all the residents’ parking bays within Zone F to permit bays and change the existing hours of operation from Mon-Fri 7.30am-6.30pm and Sat 7.30am-1.30pm to Mon-Fri 8.30am-6.30pm and Sat 8.30am-1.30pm
Appleby Street, Arden Estate, Aske Street, Audrey Street, Avebury Street, Branch Place, Bridport Place (North), Bridport Place (South), Buckland Street, Cester Street, Cherbury Street, Clunbury Street, Colville Estate, Cottons Gardens, Cremer Street, Crondall Street, Dawson Street, Dove Row, Dunloe Street, Falkirk Street, Fanshaw Street, Geffrye Street, Goldsmiths Row, Gopsall Street, Govan Street, Grange Street, Hackney Road, Haggerston Road, Halcomb Street, Hay Street, Hemsworth Street, Homefield Street, Hows Street, Hoxton Street, Imber Street, Ivy Street, Jerrold Street, Kent Street, Laburnum Street, Long Street, Mill Row, Mintern Street, Nazrul Street, Nicholl Square, Nicholl Street, Northport Street, Ormsby Street, Orsman Road, Pearson Street, Penn Street, Phillipp Street, Pitfield Street, Poole Street, Pritchards Road, Purcell Street, Queensbridge Road, Regan Way, Rushton Street, Scawfell Street, Shenfield Street, Stanway Street, Thurtle Road, Waterson Street, Weymouth Terrace, Whiston Road, Whitmore Road, Wiltshire Road and Yorkton Street.
b. Appleby Street - introduce double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions near its junction with How’s Street.
c. Branch Place - remove the existing double yellow lines , no waiting “at any time” restrictions in front of the estate bays outside Clift House.
d. Bridport Place (North) - extend the existing double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions at its junction with Penn Street by replacing sections of single yellow line waiting restrictions.
e. Cremer Street - (i) change 15 metres of permit bay outside and opposite No. 4 to a 4 hour max stay cashless shared use bay, (ii) introduce 15 metres of cashless shared use bay outside Nos. 1 to 10 and opposite Nichol’s Court, and (iii) introduce 5 metres of cashless shared use bay outside No. 30.
f. Goldsmiths Row - (i) replace sections of single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 147 with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions to give 10 metres of junction protection and (ii) replace 20 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 151 with cashless shared use bay.
g. Gopsall Street - extend the permit bay opposite No. 43 estwards by 10.7 metres.
h. Hackney Road - (i) replace the section of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions outside No. 49 with cashless shared use bay, (ii) replace 5 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions outside No. 153 with cashless shared use bay, (iii) introduce double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions outside Gorsuch Place to prohibit obstructive parking, and (iv) replace section of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions next to No. 95 with a cashless shared use bay.
i. Haggerston Road - replace 15 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions outside The Academy with cashless shared use bay.
j. Halcomb Street - (i) replace 5 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions opposite No. 2 with a permit bay and convert the remainder of the single yellow line to double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restriction, (ii) introduce double kerb blips, no loading “at any time” restrictions opposite the Nursery School to prohibit obstructive parking, and (iii) remove the residents’ parking bay outside Arthur House and replace it with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
k. Hows Street - (i) introduce double kerb blips, no loading “at any time” restrictions opposite No. 59, (ii) introduce double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions outside No. 45, and (iii) replace the section of single yellow line waiting restrictions opposite its junction with Ormsby Street with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
l. Ivy Street - extend the double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions outside Macbeth House by replacing 5 metres of permit bay.
m. Laburnum Street - (i) introduce section of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions at the kerb buildout next to No. 21, and (ii) replace the section of single yellow line waiting restrictions outside the Mosque with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
n. Long Street - (i) replace 1 metre of permit bay outside No. 8 with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions, and (ii) convert the existing permit bay outside Senna Building to a cashless shared use and replace 2.5 metres of it by 2.3 metres by replacing it with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
o. Mintern Street - (i) replace the single yellow line waiting restrictions outside and opposite Nos. 52 to 113 Buckland Court with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” waiting restrictions, (ii) replace 5 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions opposite Nos. 52 to 113 Buckland Court with a cashless shared use bay, (iii) replace 5 metres of permit bay outside Daneill House with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions, and (iv) introduce double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions opposite No. 7.
p. Orsman Road - (i) extend the existing permit bay outside No. 56a by 2 metres by replacing a section of double yellow line, no waiting “at any time” restrictions. (ii) extend the existing permit bay outside Nos. 28 to 36 eastwards by 10.7 metres, and (iii) replace 12 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions outside Nos. 1 to 9 with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
q. Penn Street - replace 23 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions opposite Hoxton Press Duo with a 4 hour max stay cashless shared use bay.
r. Phillipp Street - replace 5 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions outside No. 2 Halcombe Street with a permit bay.
s. Poole Street - (i) replace 15 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” waiting restrictions opposite South Studio with cashless shared use bay, and (ii) replace 15 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions opposite Avebury Court with cashless shared use bay (1.9 metres in width).
t. Purcell Street - replace 3 metres of existing residents’ parking outside Nos. 1 to 10 with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
u. Rushton Street - (i) replace 11 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 14 with 4 hours max stay cashless shared use bay, and (ii) replace a section of cashless shared use bay outside No. 2 with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
v. Whiston Road - (i) replace 9.8 metres of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions outside Great Mills Apartment with a permit bay; and (b) replace 10 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions opposite Lock Mill Apartments with a permit bay.
w. Wiltshire Row - replace the section of single yellow line waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 1 to 32 with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.
x. Yorkton Street - extend the existing permit bay outside Mother Kate Homes by approximately 2 metres northwards by replacing a section of double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address spe
cified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk. within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
