At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Revolution RTI Limited, Suite 1, Heritage House, 9b Hoghton Street Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0TE on 13 May 2024, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dean Smith of Revolution RTI Limited, Suite 1, Heritage House, 9b Hoghton Street Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0TE, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.
Please note that at a physical meeting which Was held virtually at 2.00pm on the 13 May 2024, the creditors of the company nominated Samuel Adam Bailey and Jonathan David Trembath of Richard J Smith & Co to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of the voting, Samuel Adam Bailey (IP No 14094) and Jonathan David Trembath (IP No 3502) both of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, lvybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE were duly appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.
