Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 2 February 2024, Bridgepoint Private Equity Limited transferred 100% of its general partner interest in Wigeavenmore Co-Investment LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023526 (the “Partnership”), to Wigeavenmore GP LLP, and consequently on that date Bridgepoint Private Equity Limited retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by Wigeavenmore GP LLP.

This notice corrects a clerical error with respect to a previous notice published on 9 February 2024 which detailed Bridgepoint Europe VII GP LLP as the incoming general partner of the Partnership.
