Train Me Now Ltd, registration number 09743159 whose registered office is at Unit 1 Barons Court Graceways, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 5GP hereby gives notice in accordance with section 719 of the Companies Act 2006 that, pursuant to a special resolution dated 9th May 2024, the shareholders of the company have approved a payment out of capital for the purpose of acquiring its own shares by purchase.

The amount of the permissible capital payment is £1,040,000.00.

The Directors Statement and Accountant’s Report required by section 714 of the Companies Act 2006 are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company as stated above.

Any creditor of the Company may at any time within the five weeks immediately following the date of the said special resolution apply to the Court under section 721 of the Companies Act 2006 for an order preventing the payment.
