This notice is given by the liquidator, Craig Ridgley, (IP No. 23232) of Mercian Advisory Limited, Business Innovation Centre, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TX who was appointed on 3 May 2022, and is to inform creditors that the Liquidator intends to declare a first dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above Company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Craig Ridgley of Mercian Advisory Limited, Business Innovation Centre, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TX, by 29 May 2024. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Liquidator's intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
