Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 May 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 April 2024, I, Julie Mary Burke, 50 Chedworth Drive, Widnes, Cheshire WA8 4SB Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Mary Julie Burke and assumed the name of Julie Mary Burke.
