Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 August 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 3 April 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ozan David Atkins who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ozan David Duzgun and assumed the name of Ozan David Atkins.
