"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Kemp (IP No. 24510) and Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) both of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London, E14 9XQ be, and are hereby, appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up”.

A decision confirming the appointment of the Joint Liquidators was made by deemed consent on the same day.
