Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 October 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25 March 2024, I, Sami Hakim, 115 Ullswater Crescent, Kingston upon Thames, SW15 3RE Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sami Salah Hakim and assumed the name of Sami Hakim.
