Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 May 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 March 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Riley Jay-Whiteheadsewell who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Riley Jay Whitehead and assumed the name of Riley Jay-Whiteheadsewell.
