Pursuant to an Order of the Isle of Man High Court made on 19 April 2024 and pursuant to section 26 of the Trustee Act 1961 of the Isle of Man any persons having a claim against the funds standing to the credit of the client account (‘the Fund’) of the above-named Montpelier (Trust and Corporate) Services Limited c/o Grant Thornton, 3rd Floor, Exchange House, 54-58 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JD are required to send written particulars of their claim to the company at that address or by email to joe.coyle@im.gt.com on or before 31 July 2024 after which date the Fund will be distributed having regard only to the claims of which the Joint Liquidators of the company have had notice by that date.
