Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that PE Global Beteiligungs Treuhand GmbH transferred 25% of its interest in Apax Europe VII-A (Feeder), L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005949 (the “Partnership”), to HQ Capital IV SCS SICAV – RAIF – Auda Secondary Fund VI and as a result of such transfer HQ Capital IV SCS SICAV – RAIF – Auda Secondary Fund VI was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and PE Global Beteiligungs Treuhand GmbH ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
