(2) Bullitt Mobile Limited (in liquidation) (Company Number 06945690) whose registered office address is One Valpy, Valpy Street, Reading, England, RG1 1AR; and

(3) Bullitt Satellite Connect Limited (in administration) (Company Number 07428769) whose registered office address is 8th Floor Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 4DL.

Please be advised that on 28 February 2024, Bullitt Group Limited entered administration.

We:-

(1) Richard Wharton of One Valpy, 20 Valpy Street, Reading, United Kingdom, RG1 1AR;

(2) Colin Batt of One Valpy, 20 Valpy Street, Reading, United Kingdom, RG1 1AR; and

(3) David Floyd of One Valpy, 20 Valpy Street, Reading, United Kingdom, RG1 1AR,

(together, the “Directors”) were directors of Bullitt Group Limited on the day it entered administration.

On 28 February 2024, RCD 2023 Limited (Company Number 15310308) (“RCD”) acquired certain assets of Bullitt Group Limited and Bullitt Satellite Connect Limited (the “Acquisition”) relating to the satellite communication services provided by Bullitt Group Limited and Bullitt Satellite Connect Limited prior to the Acquisition (the “Services”).

We give notice that we are acting and intend to continue to act in all or any of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 if Bullitt Group Limited were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of RCD carrying on the Services under the name of “Bullitt”, “Bullitt Satellite Messenger” and “Bullitt Satellite Connect”.

We give notice that we would not be permitted to undertake such activities as above without permission of the court, and we have applied for such permission on 18 April 2024.

We give notice that a breach of the prohibition created by section 216 is a criminal offence.
