Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Alterian Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) intend to wind-up the Scheme and wishes to trace any person who was a member of the Scheme or who has a claim against, or entitlement from, the Scheme.

If you consider that you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme and have not already been contacted, please write to the Scheme’s administrators, Capita Pension Solutions, at the address given further below. Please provide full details of your claim and any benefits that you think you are entitled to, including your full name, address, NI Number, dates of employment and copies of any relevant papers. This information must be received within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice.

If the Trustees, or Capita Pension Solutions, have already been in contact with you (for example if you have received correspondence from them regarding the wind-up) you do not need to reply to this notice as your interest has already been noted.
