Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 28 December 2023, UBS Asset Management (Americas) Inc. (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to UBS AM Holdings LLC (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Archmore International Infrastructure (Netherlands) Fund (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012419 and that with effect from 28 December 2023, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
